The material is used in the following areas:
ABS-CF10
ABS-CF10 is a technical thermoplastic reinforced with 10% carbon fiber, offering over 50% greater stiffness and approximately 15% higher tensile strength compared to ABS-M30. Thanks to the integrated carbon fibers, it enables the production of lightweight yet extremely strong and dimensionally stable components. The material is ideal for manufacturing jigs, fixtures, functional tools, and end-use parts where reduced weight and mechanical reliability are essential. When printed on Stratasys FDM systems, it delivers precise and repeatable results even for complex geometries, making it an excellent choice for demanding industrial applications.
Pros and cons
- Suitable for tools and technical parts
- Reinforced with 10% carbon fiber
- Over 50% stiffer and 15% stronger than ABS-M30
- Available only in black
- Higher production costs due to material and use of industrial systems
